2 Days and Nights

Arrive in the evening, settle in, and learn about some of the gear and skills you will be using over the weekend.

First Morning: Leave early to travel to a cliff where you will start to learn the basics of climbing and rappelling (LUNCH). Resume learning to climb.  Learn basic knots and different ways to get up the cliff. Pack up and go back to camp.  Optional night hike available.  Go out and enjoy nature at night.

Second Morning:  Travel to cliff area and learn more about how to set up for as well as start a climb.  We try to kick it up with higher rappels and longer climbing routes (LUNCH).  Try your hand at beginner lead climbing for the afternoon, learn safe placement of gear and top belaying.  Go back to camp/lodge and get ready to go home.
